Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy meets Governor


Vijayawada, February 13 (prajaamaravathi): Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Sri Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy along with his wife Smt. Y.S. Bharathi Reddy, called on Andhra Pradesh Governor Sri Biswabhusan Harichandan and Lady Governor Smt. Suprava Harichandan at Raj Bhavan here on Monday, on a courtesy visit.

Chief Minister Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy conveyed his greetings to Governor Sri Harichandan personally, on his appointment as the Governor of Chhattisgarh. The Chief Minister said that the people of Andhra Pradesh will always remember Governor Sri Harichandan for his kindness, and the advice and guidance offered by him to the people and the State administration during the difficult COVID-19 pandemic situation. The Chief Minister further said that he has received lot of affection, cooperation and guidance from the Governor in smooth functioning of the government and upkeep of the spirit of democracy. 

Earlier on their arrival at Raj Bhavan, the Chief Minister and his wife were welcomed by Sri P.S. Suryaprakash, Joint Secretary to Governor and Sri Narayanaswamy, Deputy Secretary. Sri Malladi Vishnu, MLA & Vice Chairman of AP State Planning Board, Sri Muthyala Raju, Secretary to Chief Minister, Sri Dilli Rao, Collector of NTR district, Sri Kanti Rana Tata, Vijayawada Commissioner of Police, Sri Vishal Gunni, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Sri Balasubramanya Reddy, Director of Protocol, were also present on the occasion.
