Naidu 36-hr 'deeksha' at TDP main office

Never before attack on a party office in India

Situation very dangerous in AP, says Lokesh

AMARAVATI (prajaamaravati): TDP National President and former Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will go on a 'deeksha' at the TDP central office in Mangalagiri in protest against the ransacking of the party office.

Announcing this, TDP National General Secretary Nara Lokesh has said that the party chief's protest would be aimed at exposing the involvement of the ruling YSRCP  leaders in the latest ghastly attacks on the TDP offices all over the State. This was the first time ever that such an attack took place on the office of a political party. A very dangerous situation was prevailing in Andhra Pradesh.

Naidu will begin his deeksha at 8 a.m. on Thursday and it will end at 8 p.m. on Friday.

Replying to mediapersons, Lokesh said that CM Jaganmohan Reddy was bringing all the unwanted trends into the State for his own selfish and sadistic pleasures. He said that he arrived at the TDP main office at 8.30 p.m. on Tuesday. But the police filed a fake FIR saying that he was among the accused in an attempt to murder on a CI level officer. In fact, this CI was caught while suspiciously moving in the TDP office.

Nara Lokesh demanded that the DGP explain why the CI, who was reportedly a PRO in his office, came into the TDP office premises along with the attackers. No action was taken so far against the rioters but the police were filing cases against the TDP leaders who also included Ashok Babu, Tenali Sravan Kumar and others. With each passind day, the ruling YSRCP leaders were losing their sanity and consciously in greater proportions.

Lokesh said that Jagan Reddy was bringing the old style Tamil Nadu politics into Andhra when the AIADMK and the DMK leaders used to attack each other personally whenever they came to power in turns. Ironically, CM Stalin has said goodbye to those hostile politics by continuing Amma Canteens.
